Activities Cancellation Policies Once confirmed
To receive a full refund, travelers may cancel up to 24 hours before the experience start date in the local time. No refunds will be given after that time period.
Weather Condition Policies:
In case of any advice from the local Port authorities that the port has been closed because of the wheatear conditions, activity could be postponed or replaced for another option, otherwise activity will continue as programmed.
If the client does not show up on the date of the activity.
If the client cancelled last minute.
If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather and the supplier cancels the activity
If the client cancels 24 hours before the activity
If the client presents a medical prescription in case of illness.
